---All prices are subject to change without notice and all prices listed are in US dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval and products are subject to availability. We will inform you of an expected restocking date or a full refund.
Shipping
---All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O boxes. The freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as shipping and handling charge. Items in stock are shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship only to the U.S. and Canada.
Damage claims
---Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to World of handbags.net for any ups shipments. We will assist in the process of collections.
Shortages
---Claims for shortages or errors are to be made within 10 days from date of purchase.
Returns
---Our company prides itself on quality, value and service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not satisfied you may return it for a full refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacture defects.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by World of handbags within 14 days of RMA number issued.
Returns of purchases must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by e-mailing us at worldofhandbags.net (subject returns)
All unauthorized returns will be refused.
Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in the warehouse.
Please allow 12-14 days for your return to be credited or exchange made. |
